Physical Description:

Personality: Thomas O'Hare is a quick minded individual who's mind often works faster than most others around him. Showing genius level intelligence, he has often found himself far above the level of his peers; this has developed in him a in-bred sense of superiority and elitism. Thomas can oftentimes be belittling and stubborn. It has been these traits that has led him to Section 31.

History: Thomas had shown brilliance at a very young age. Son of a privileged family, Thomas was offered the opportunity to capitalize on that inborn talent and hone it in a way which only served to accelerate his intelligence. As such, Thomas found himself light-years beyond many of his peers; it wasn't long before Thomas developed a sense of superiority.

Thomas joined Starfleet at a young age and quickly advanced through Starfleet academy receiving a number of degrees in advanced sciences. Unfortunately, Thomas' intelligence fared better in academia than in the real world. He was quickly written up for a number of reasons during his first assignment and was quickly assigned to an administrative position which was far below his capabilities.

This is where he found Admiral Forscythe. Forscythe offered him a position in Section 31 more fitting his capabilities.

Physical Description: Raz, like all Changelings, has no set physical appearance. However, when she is in humanoid form, she takes the form of an indistinct, but incredibly attractive, humanoid. Unlike most Changlings encountered, Raz has had a great deal of experience simulating the humanoid form and therefore can mimic the humanoid form quite well. Her standard form is of an attractive female with long hair of varying color; her appearance takes the most attractive features of various alien species including Orion slave girls, Vulcans, and Humans.

Personality: Raz is a provocative individual, to say the least. While she is a well disciplined officer who is very dedicated to following orders, her personality outside the uniform could be described as unbriddled to say the least. Raz enjoys indulgences of any sort and often takes them to the extreme.

History: Raz was one of the 100 that the Founders had released into the galaxy. Unlike other Changelings, for instance Odo, Raz was found by Starfleet who quickly discovered that Raz was a sentient being never encountered before. Unlike Odo, Raz was not maltreated and was taught to use her shapeshifting abilities exceedingly well. Raz, unlike other of her kind, formed a positive attachment to her humanoid companions.

From the start it was clear Raz would join Starfleet. However, early in her Starfleet career she was approached by Section 31; she was then trained in covert operations and as a weapons officer. Her ability to shapeshift was honed to the point where she could easily mimic any form with near perfect accuracy, including humanoid forms.
